The role of the endowment in the development of creative university (for example MGIK)

This article is aimed at solving urgent problems of increasing the competitiveness of higher education in the creative sector and dedicated to the theoretical aspects of the concept of organizational-economic bases of functioning of target capital funds in Russian universities (for example, IPCC). The article considers the global and domestic experience of development endowment, studied the advantages and disadvantages of endowment funds in Russia, identified and justified the need to create endowment funds in universities. Based on the conducted research the author proposes the creation of a program for continuous education of donors and the changing corporate culture of the University
