Роль клинических и социальных факторов риска в возникновении и развитии суицидального поведения у подростков и лиц молодого возраста

Во всём мире суицид остается одной из ведущих причин смерти среди подростков. В настоящее время отсутствует единая концепция возникновения и развития суицидального поведения, необходимая для осуществления эффективных профилактических мер. Цель. Проанализировать данные исследований по оценке клинико-социальных факторов риска суицидального поведения молодёжи. Материал. Отечественные и зарубежные публикации последних лет. Результаты и заключение. Исследования продемонстрировали связь между качеством психического здоровья и суицидальным поведением. Во многом на суицидальное поведение влияют особенности протекания психических болезней в молодом возрасте. Риск суицида значительно возрастает при сочетании нескольких психических расстройств. Предшествующее суицидальные мысли и попытки являются одним из наиболее сильных факторов риска для будущего суицидального поведения молодых людей. Личностными и поведенческими факторами, определяющими возникновение суицидальных тенденций у молодёжи, являются низкая самооценка, импульсивность, ощущение безнадёжности и отсутствие навыков преодоления трудностей. Все формы издевательств и негативного отношения тесно связаны с попытками самоубийства. Установлена связь между суицидальными явлениями и нагрузками в школе. В большей степени склонны к самоубийству молодые люди, детство которых прошло в неблагоприятных условиях. Мероприятия по предотвращению самоубийств должны учитывать многогранность специфики суицидального поведения в молодом возрасте, с учётом роли не только клинических, но также социальных и культуральных факторов в суицидогенезе.
