The role of the constitution of the Russian Federation in the state structure

A sign of a legal constitutional state is the subordination of the state to law. The Constitution of the Russian Federation, adopted in 1993, proclaims the rights and freedoms of the individual as the highest value of the state. Particularly topical issues are the problems of ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. In this study, an attempt was made to identify the problematic aspects of constitutional provisions in the state structure and suggested ways to solve them.
