The issue of civic and patriotic education is of great relevance today. This article discusses the goals and objectives of patriotic education of modern youth, as well as solutions to this problem with the help of a school course on the basics of life safety, which includes areas that form citizenship and patriotism; activities used in the upbringing of the younger generation to instill the love of their Homeland.
