Problems of procedural regulation and the mechanism for implementing the institution of urgent investigative actions

The article deals with the issues of regulation of the criminal procedure institute «urgent investigative actions», the problems of the practical application of these norms are identified, directions for improving the criminal procedure legislation in this area are proposed. It is necessary to adjust a number of provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation regarding the consolidation of a uniform subject composition of participants in criminal proceedings who have the right to conduct urgent investigative actions.
