The role of medical knowledge in upbringing of healthy generation

The article deals with the significance of medical knowledge for the health of comprehensive school pupils. Studying of every subject provides opportunities to acquire medical knowledge as well as to learn the ways of protection from harmful habits that are medical and social problem. It is shown that there are opportunities to explain negative effects of smoking that is widely spread especially among teenagers within the curriculum of biological subjects. Efficient ways of problem solution in the biology teaching are shown. Useful recommendations are given on the harm of smoking on health of young generation and protection against it.
