Role of a local producer of agricultural products in providing food safety for students in educational institutions

The article discusses the issues of ensuring the safety of food for students in educational institutions. With the help of applied sociological research and the use of statistical data, an assessment is made of the use of agricultural products of local producers in providing nutrition for children. The method of a sociological survey identified the main problems of the work of individual entrepreneurs serving educational organizations. The conditions for the provision of food services for children have been determined. The article reflects the main advantages of using local agricultural products when organizing meals for students, and proposes a procedure for providing educational institutions with these products.
