The role of science and education in improving the competitiveness of car service enterprises

The article presents the reasons for the complexity of the evaluation of the properties of the services of a car-care center, concluded that a scientific approach is necessary. The concepts of the quality of the result and the quality of the process of activity, the quality of the service of a car-care center and the concept of a complex quality of the activity of an auto service company are described. The conclusion is made that the achievement of the maximum level of competitiveness is possible only with the use of progressive scientific methods, the application of which is impossible without the proper level of education.
