The experience diagnosis of treatment 150 patients with obstructive jaundice. Genesis of malignant obstructive jaundice was observed in 61.3%, benign - in 38.7% of patients. Indications, diagnostic and treatment of obstructive jaundice.Preliminary decompression biliary drainage in the form nazobiliarnogo syndrome jaundice allowed: 1) reducing the levels of bilirubin in blood serum, 2) minimize the manifestations of liver failure, and 3) improve the performance of the functional activity of the kidneys, and 4) the effectiveness of use for decompression of the biliary system in obstructive jaundice, 5 ) The effectiveness of NBD among all patients was 95.6%, with tumor obstruction of biliary system - 82.6% and -98.9% of benign origin.
