This article analyzes the role of education in training personnel for high-tech sectors of the national economy. The author examined the educational factors that contribute to personnel training, as well as the current support measures to stimulate them. This is supported by the statistical data presented, which demonstrate the effective impact of financial levers. The analysis allowed us to formulate key strategies for the entire education chain to achieve an effective role in personnel training.
