The role of the prosecutor's office in ensuring the constitutional rights of persons with disabilities

This article is devoted to the problem of realizing the rights and guarantees of persons with disabilities, as well as measures aimed at protecting health and creating conditions for integration into society of people with disabilities. The authors reflect the problems and shortcomings in the practical activities of state bodies on the implementation of the rights and guarantees of persons with disabilities.
