The role of retirees in the creation and use enterprise databases at different corporate culture

Profound changes in the nature of the bifurcation in the Russian economy (restructuring, crisis, war sanctions) make a lot of attention paid to ensuring the sustainability of enterprises. Repeated mass layoffs of employees, considerably less (due to the aging of the population), the number of young people starting their career, make urgent conservation issues important production information adapted for operational use. Wider use of voluntary qualified labor pensioners will successfully meet the challenges facing the state. At the same time, older people can improve quality of life, its duration, focusing on the idea of “active aging”. To create a corporate electronic database (ideas) is promising to use personal experience of retirees. Often older people for a long time working in the same organization; know “what” and, most importantly, “how” to ask an employee to issue an information storage unit. Such activities may be regarded as a manifestation of the first method, the active adaptation of seniors to existing socio-economic conditions. People engaged in the organization of registration information, will observe different emotional reactions involved for this staff. By virtue of their life experience older managers can take on negative emotions (frustration, confusion, sadness, anger, even aggression) colleagues, acting as a sort of “detoxicants” “emotional infection area”, “taking upon himself the sins of all social groups to heal her”. This process can be viewed as a second method of the active adaptation of pensioners. Toxic emotions can lead to the defeat of the human immune system (the more - the elderly), to the liver and kidneys - organs responsible for the output of negative toxins, even to cancer. The literature describes methods that allow you to minimize the negative effects on the body “detoxicants”. The ideas of the “principle of sympathy” S. V. Meyen, of the theory of “soft systems” and “curious” and family corporate culture can help in working with storage media.
