The role of ruling pariahs in the administration of justice in modern socialist countries

Бесплатный доступ

In conditions of severe sanctions pressure, the importance of research on the legal systems of countries "friendly" to Russia, including socialist ones, is significantly increasing. The specifics of the social system operating in them are expressed, among other things, in the leading and guiding role of local ruling parties, whose power and appointment are broader than in Russia or European countries. Despite the importance of this topic, at the moment a very small number of domestic researchers have published works on the peculiarities of the legal status of communist and workers' parties in socialist countries, which, in the author's opinion, significantly complicates the adequate perception of local legal reality. The author of this study aims to partially fill this gap by analyzing the degree and main forms of interference of the ruling parties in the process of administration of justice in modern socialist countries.
