The importance of professional competence of the teacher in ensuring the quality of training of foreign military personnel

Training students from abroad is a significant component in the development of military cooperation between Russia and other states. One of the conditions for ensuring the quality of training of foreign military personnel in the Russian military university is the staffing of teaching staff who have not only a high level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, motivated to work in a foreign audience. The purpose of our research is to study the requirements for teachers working in a group of foreign military personnel, to determine the role of the professional competence of the teacher in ensuring the quality of their training. Research methods: analysis of scientific sources on the problem, generalization of experience of working with foreign students.
