The article analyzes the powers of the prosecutor's office in the anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts, pays special attention to the need for prosecutorial supervision in this area, provides examples of prosecutorial practice in this area, and concludes that the prosecutor's office plays a key role in improving the system of regulatory regulation of public legal relations.
