Role of reaction of the immunodiffusion with o-polisaharidnym the antigen in postvaccinal diagnostics brucellosis

Results of the analysis of indexes of serological tests with blood serum (an agglutination test, a reaction of binding complement, reaction of an immunodiffusion with O-polisakharidnym an antigen) from cows, multiply the immunizirovannykh a vaccine from the strain of Brucella abortus 82 and a chemical antibrucella vaccine in herds with various immunologic status and an epizootic state on a brucellosis - safe, threatened, unsuccessful are presented. Health and veterinary regulations (1996) provided differentiation of sick and immunizirovanny cattle by means of reaction of an immunodiffusion (RID) with About - a polisakharidny antigen. Researches were conducted for studying of influence on indicators of RID of an immunologic and epizootological hum noise. For check of the true epizootic situation in herds, us it was recommended to investigate blood serum in RID with O-PS an antigen in a short space of time after a revaccination (2 months). When checking 10324 tests of blood serum from cows the blagpoluchnykh of herds with this method it was not allocated any positively the reacting animal that confirmed their wellbeing on a brucellosis. On officially safe farms of the public cattle which were in the threatened zone at a research of 20601 tests of blood serum in 8-12 months after immunization with a vaccine from piece 82 it was allocated 557 (2,7%) the animals reacting positively in RID. In herds of the neim-munny cattle where recorded animals truly sick with a brucellosis, this reaction did not allow to reveal all infected animals, and was only the indicator of existence of this infection in herd. Besides, it was established that in the revitalized herds of RID it is effective only in the close terms after vaccination (piece 82, a chemical vaccine) against the background of rather high immunity on herd. Introduction of a chemical antibrucella vaccine stimulated production of agglutinins certain animals in different titres which died away by 4 months.
