The aim of the research was to isolate saprophytic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms in rooms where animals with different clinical forms of diseases are kept. When analyzing the epizootological state of six agricultural enterprises of the Volga Federal District engaged in dairy cattle breeding, it was found that in the overall structure of the incidence of livestock, the proportion of opportunistic infections (mastitis, endometritis, limb diseases and respiratory intestinal diseases of young animals) causing significant economic damage is more than 80 %. The veterinary-sanitary system is used to monitor the microbnuye obsemenennost, which is associated with monoculture of E. coli, Staphylococcus spp. Streptococcus spp., Clostridium spp. and Proteus spp. also known as Candida spp. and Aspergillus spp. Especially a large number of these microorganisms were found in rooms where sick animals were located.
