This article examines the role of Sharia in the social life of the Kyrgyz living in the southern region of Kyrgyzstan in the 19th century, in the 19th century, under the infiuence of the Kokon Khanate and the Bukhara Emirate, Islamic Sharia began to spread deeply among the Kyrgyz.
