The role of a systemic approach in the problem of forming professional motivation of the military personnel of the Russian guard

This article discusses the importance of applying a systematic approach as a fundamental methodological direction that determines the structural content and organizational component of the system in the study of the scientific problem of the formation of professional motivation of military personnel of the power structure - the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, which is the guarantor of public safety and observance of the constitutional rights of man and citizen Russia. The main essential characteristics of the systematic approach are disclosed. They allow to consider the process of formation of professional motivation of the servicemen of the Russian Guard as a structured system, the components of which are the elements of readiness of servicemen for military professional training through the formation of professional motivation and their content, forms, means and methods of preparation for it. Based on the analysis of scientific articles that describe the procedure for using the principle of consistency in pedagogical research, the paper presents a characteristic of the significant properties of the system for the formation of professional motivation of the military personnel of the National Guard: complexity and integrativity in combination with the unification of the identified relationships between the structural components of the system, hierarchy, variability, openness and reliability of functioning and development of the pedagogical system.
