The role of varietal crop management in realization of oil crops productivity in the view of weather and climate changing conditions

The development of varietal crop management has become one of the courses of development of zonal technologies of sunflower cultivation in recent years, and is the most efficient in increasing biologization, ecologiza-tion, effectivity of resources and energy and profitability of technological methods, providing stable and high productivity of cultivated varieties and hybrids. One of the main directions of development of adaptive zonal tech-nologies of oil crops cultivation is development and implementation of new varieties and hybrids, development of varietal crop management. The terms of sowing, the norm of seed sowing, and the system of fertilizing are consid-ered to be the most important factors in varietal crop management for sunflower and oil flax. VNIIMK had elaborat-ed the basic adaptive technologies for cultivation of these crops, although the area of their expansion and weather and climate changing conditions indicate the need for improvement of some elements of crop management, which can be used as the varietal ones in future.
