In our opinion, it de-pends on a lot of reasons: from the general deterioration of an ecological situation, incomplete feeding, long nervous stresses perniciously influencing on a state of all organism and on paradont tissues. Clinical features of chronic generalized parodontitis, associate with blood groups on ABO system are taped. Pa-tients with B(III) blood group in 35% of cases have a serious form of disease. At patients with A(II) blood group the worst parameters of oral cavity hygiene, about what the maximal value of odontolith testify index, Mulemann index, hygienic index and degree of teeth mobility are noted; at the given group of patients traditional therapy is less productive.
