The role of strategic management in promoting green technologies and ESG approaches in the mining industry of Kyrgyzstan

The article analyzes the impact of strategic management on the implementation of green technologies and ESG approaches in the mining industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. It shows that an effective strategy reduces environmental risks and increases investment attractiveness. Based on regulatory and industry analysis, a model for the phased integration of green technologies into corporate strategy is proposed, and practical recommendations for the development of ESG management are presented, highlighting its role in the transition to a green economy.
