The role of judicial bodies in ensuring constitutional guarantees of citizens' rights

In this article, the author analyzes the role of judicial authorities in ensuring constitutional guarantees of citizens' rights. The work concludes that the State is obliged to create the necessary conditions for citizens to implement the protection of their violated rights and freedoms in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The observance, implementation and protection of constitutional human and civil rights is one of the priority tasks of the state.
