The role of the technopark of universal pedagogical competencies in increasing the efficiency of innovative activities of the pedagogical university

The article considers the role of universal pedagogical competencies technology parks in the innovative activities of pedagogical universities using the example of Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process and their impact on the creation of intellectual property and improving the quality of training of future teachers. Examples of successful developments (unique educational devices, software products) patented within the framework of the Technopark activities are presented, the implementation of which allows strengthening the scientific potential of the university and increasing patent activity. Information is provided on the victory of the Electrical Circuit Workshop project in the AmurTechno competition, emphasizing the importance of innovations implemented in the educational environment of the university. A conclusion is made about the need for further study of the potential of technology parks as centers for the development of educational technologies and the formation of a competitive scientific ecosystem.
