The role of texts of a new nature in the formation of future teachers' professional competencies

This article examines the role of texts of a new nature - open texts combining elements of different formats: text, images, audio and video, such as infographics, comics, storytelling and others, in the process of forming future teachers' professional competencies. The author analyzes the features of texts of new nature, such as multimedia, interactivity, hypertextuality, reveals the advantages and disadvantages of using a new format for presenting content in the educational process, as well as its impact on the development of critical thinking, creativity and communication skills of students majoring in education. The article will be useful for teachers of pedagogical universities, methodologists and researchers interested in new approaches to teaching future teachers.
