The article considers measures to increase the personnel potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Altai Territory, assesses the significance and degree of involvement in the process of vocational guidance, training and retraining of specialists in the field of agro-industrial complex, as well as increasing the level of competence of teachers of educational institutions, the results of activities carried out educational institutions in the field of agro-industrial complex of various educational levels. The conclusion is made about the positive impact of the measures taken on the provision of the agro-industrial complex with qualified personnel.
