In today's world there is a certain stereotype of a school graduate as an educated person who has got the results of the state final examinations and the Certificate of secondary education, who is a prospective student or an employee, a specialist in any field of activity. But it is necessary to add that a graduate is not only a future specialist and employee, but also a cultural, spiritual, highly moral, tolerant, friendly person, head of a family, citizen who loves his/her country and has an active position in life, a socialized, healthy, adequate personality capable of inheriting values and wealth of the ancestors and the nation. The question arises: If today's young people spend their free time watching programs of dubious moral quality, play computer games, smoke, drink alcohol, and do not read books, what will be the future of the young generation and the country as a whole? Our country is facing an important task - to revive the moral character of our young generation, to enhance morality in their young minds and compassion in their hearts. One of the main goals of social pedagogy and every modern teacher is to foster in students such qualities as kindness, care and compassion for others, desire to help people, i.e. mercy. To achieve this goal, we must know the methods of fostering mercy, as well as other equally important factors that influence the achievement of this goal.
