Formation of students' readiness for eco-volunteer activity

The relevance of this study is due to the low level of readiness of representatives of modern student youth for volunteer activities, the reasons for which are the dehumanization of society, in the absence of values and the social component of the younger generation. The purpose of the study was the scientific substantiation of the need for volunteering in the personal and professional development of future teachers of secondary vocational education, the development of a structural and functional model for the formation of secondary vocational education students' readiness for volunteering and an empirical test of the effectiveness of its practical implementation. The block structuring of the developed model and the functional validity of the interactions of its components made it possible to achieve quantitative and qualitative changes, manifested in increasing the level of the personality-active potential of SVE students, improving the skills of communication interaction, arbitrary regulation of behavioral reactions and moral normativity. The totality of these transformations, reflected by quantitative and qualitative transformations, allows us to draw the resulting conclusion about the effectiveness of the Model of volunteer activity introduced into the educational process of secondary vocational education. The indicators of its effectiveness, shown by the determination of the features of the development of the value and motivational sphere of a student of secondary vocational education by revealing their personal and professional potential, allow us to recommend the proposed Model in the framework of the educational process of secondary vocational education as an independent construct or base for the modernization of an existing model of volunteering.
