The role of instructive activities in the process of forming of conflict culture among adolescents

The article reflects the idea of the need to instruct adolescents in a conflictological culture in connection with the growing aggression of young people. One of the main factors of this personal education is educational activity. An experiment was carried out in a country health camp. The experimental work involved the development of a strategy for instructive activities, an analysis of factors favorable to the solution of the task. The methodological approaches and pedagogical instrumentation of activities during the camp shift are described in the present article. The scientific task involved the inclusion of adolescents in socially useful activities according to the communard methodology of Igor Petrovich Ivanov. It made it possible to form a positive communication style, optimal conditions for planning socially important affairs, and developing the creative potential of an individual. A moral orientation towards a person was formed as the basis for preventing interpersonal conflicts. The formation of value orientations in children, the collective nature of social work, the provision of freedom of choice in the field of labor affairs, work in hobby groups, involving adolescents in the creation of an objective environment are the conditions for reducing aggression in the children's collective. The article shows the role of methods of indirect influences on the personality, the creation of game situations, conversations on morality with adolescents using factual material from life, which allowed children to comprehend the essential features of conflictological culture and acquire the skills of preventing and constructively resolving interpersonal conflicts. Thus, the pedagogical instrumentation we used for the formation of a teenager's conflictological culture ensured the upbringing of moral habits and the comprehension of moral knowledge by adolescents. This contributed to the formation of special emotional and psychological relationships, which were determined by moral norms that exclude the suppression of the adolescent's personality.
