The role of higher education in the development of the digital economy

The article discusses the content of the program" Digital economy", in which as the main deterrent to the development of the digital economy in the Russian Federation there is a shortage of personnel and the lack of high-quality professionals. The main role in addressing this issue is assigned to higher education. The article raises the problem of determining the necessary competencies in order to ensure quality training for the digital economy.
