The role of women’s club in the development of spiritual and moral capacities of the rural society (by a case study of malzhegarsky nasleg of Olyokminsky ulus of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia))

The research examines the phenomenon of vigorous activity of women’s organizations in Russia, in particular in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The paper describes the main strands of their work and their interaction with government agencies with a view to enhancing the role of women in society. The material is presented in the scientific and teaching aspect. The authors analyze the activities of Saryal women’s club members in the Malzhegar village of Malzhegarsky Nasleg (agricultural community) of Olyokminsky Ulus (District). The research reveals the main networking management principles of educational, information and cultural administrative agencies and public organizations: arts center, secondary school, municipal administration, environmental community, hobby club, village club, pre-school educational institution. Networking methods are described as well. The study provides the most effective networking model for Saryal women’s club in order to develop the spiritual and moral capacities of the rural society, especially local women, young families, and the younger generation.
