Текст научной статьи Role of pedagogical technologies in producing technical training in military universities
Maintaining the system of training military personnel at a high level is one of the priority tasks of higher military education. The social order of society for the training of military specialists in the conditions of rapid scientific and technological progress requires from military education an active intellectual, creative, with a broad scientific outlook, a highly professional personality of an officer who is able to productively and competently solve various tasks of daily activity.
The main characteristics of a graduate are his competence and mobility. The Supreme Commander-in-Chief pointed out that the main criteria for the training of officers should be professionalism, devotion to military duty, high moral qualities of the defender of the Fatherland, his ability to think, analyze and draw conclusions from phenomena. In order to adequately respond to modern challenges, to comply with the spirit of the times, education, a new formation of dynamic military personnel is needed, continuously updating the baggage of their professional knowledge, able to live and work in an innovative environment. It is the formation and education of creative abilities that should become the target essence of military education.
The requirements for the advanced development of military education are of particular relevance taking into account the acceleration of the pace of scientific and technological progress, equipping the Armed Forces with the most modern weapons and military equipment, the use of the latest scientific achievements in the armies of many states, suggests that the need to use innovative technologies in military education is extremely high ... President of the Republic A.G. Lukashenko pointed out that the Republic of Belarus should strengthen its defense capability and military doctrine, participate in various mechanisms of defensive containment. “We must intensively introduce innovative methods, solutions and tools into the domestic education system,” the President noted. These requirements and their implementation are impossible without the process of introducing information and communication technologies into the field of military education. The developed computer testing and diagnostic techniques should ensure systematic operational control and assessment of the level of knowledge of students, and increase the effectiveness of training. The use of modern means of information technology, such as distance learning, electronic textbooks, training programs, is relevant for modern professional military education. The use of computer training technologies in the educational process under the programs of training reserve officers and officers for service in the Armed Forces of higher educational institutions allows solving a number of problems: - increasing interest in the subject under study; - increasing the amount of information on the disciplines of military training; -improving the quality of the organization of the educational process; - the use of the individual nature of training. All of the above will help shape the personality of a future military specialist in the context of the active introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process.
Back in the middle of the 19th century, the military theorist Antoine-Henri de Jomini succinctly and clearly outlined the general concept of the importance of military education: “It is necessary that the study of military sciences and the improvement of military education was encouraged and rewarded in every way along with courage and zeal. Military education should be highly valued and respected. " Considering the issues of innovative technologies in the field of military education, I would like to begin by defining what “innovation” and “technology” are: Innovation (English “innovation” -innovation) - the introduction of new forms, methods and skills in the field of training, education and science ...
Technology (from other Greek τέχνη - art, skill, skill; λόγος - thought, reason; method, method of production) - in a broad sense - a set of methods, processes and materials used in any branch of activity, as well as a scientific description of methods technical production; Innovation in educational activities is the use of new knowledge, techniques, approaches, technologies to obtain results in the form of educational services that are distinguished by social and market demand. The study of innovative experience shows that most innovations are devoted to the development of technologies. Abroad, primarily in the USA, interest in educational technologies arose in the middle of the 20th century, when the first audiovisual education programs appeared, i.e. learning by technical means. The term “educational technologies”, which appeared in the 1960s, means building a pedagogical process with a guaranteed result. The main goal of innovative education technologies is to prepare a person for life in a constantly changing world. The essence of such training lies in the orientation of the educational process to the potential of a person and their implementation. Education should develop mechanisms for innovation, find creative ways to solve vital problems, and contribute to the transformation of creativity into the norm and form of human existence.
In conclusion, I would like to add that the use of innovative technologies by cadets in the learning process entails an intensification of thinking, ensures a high activity of educational and cognitive (communicative, creative) activities, a positive attitude of cadets to the subject of assimilation, forms the readiness of officers for independent actions in conditions of novelty, helps development of post-voluntary attention and the ability to switch it to other phenomena as needed.
