Russian lawyer V.D. Spasovich as lawyer and publicist

The creative heritage of the outstanding Russian lawyer Vladimir Danilovich Spasovich is presented, while the emphasis is not on his advocacy, which is studied in sufficient detail in the scientific and legal literature, but on published works written by him as a university professor, legal scholar. It is noted that Spasovich had a talent for generalizing social and legal practice, and above all in the field of judicial relations, in which he spent almost his entire adult life. His works are still relevant and in demand in modern Russian legal life.
