Growth processes of fattening boys using Bisphenol-5 antioxidant

The article presents the intensity of growth of fattening bulls with daily inclusion of the fat-soluble antioxidant "Bisphenol-5" in the diet in different doses. The average live weight at the end of the experiment after 122 days from the beginning of the experiment of animals in the control group was 434.3 kg. Individuals of the first experimental group, receiving in addition to the diet 50 g of a premix containing the antioxidant Bisphenol-5, had an average live weight of445.0 kg, or 2.5 % more than in the control. The average live weight of the peers of the second experimental group, who additionally included bran containing the studied antioxidant in the amount of 100 g per head, was 455.4 kg, which is 4.9 % higher compared to the control. The live weight of fattening calves of the third experimental group, in the diet of which was additionally added 150 g/head. bran with the antioxidant "Bisphenol-5", was on average at the level of452.0 kg, or 4.1 % higher than in the control. Daily inclusion in the diet of bran containing the antioxidant "Bisphenol-5" in the amount of 100 g per head turned out to be the optimal dose.
