The researchers prove it’s necessary to advance the communication style of the leader and his / her subordinates, make service and professional communication most efficient, activity itself being specific and problematic. The article exposes the results of expert assessment of intensity of a leader’s professionally important traits affecting the communication style and communicative competence.
