The article discusses the problem of the general personal prerequisites of success of managers as subjects of joint managerial activities (JMA). These prerequisites represent personal dispositions of managers which promote their interactive success irrespective of features of a situational and organizational context of JMA's realization. JMA is understood as a type of joint activities assuming implementation by several managers of managerial function's system connected with the regulation of intergroup interaction of the structural divisions and/or organizational subsystems and directed to the decision by theme problems of functioning and development of organization as a complete subject of social and economic activity. Success as a subject of JMA is connected with the manager's ability to master and realize the special role position, namely: “the partner of JMA”. The operational success criterion implies an acceptance of the manager as the partner of JMA by other managers estimating this manager as the “effective-inefficient”, “productive-unproductive”, “easy-difficult” partner. The hypothetical general prerequisites of personality's success in JMA is identified from the perspective of subject and activity approach on the basis of the social and psychological analysis of concreteness and subjectivity as two core characteristics of JMA. The authors distinguish a number of personal prerequisites of manager's success in this “measurement” of professional activity: high-quality social and organizational thinking, high “cognitive horizon”, ability to carry out flexible coordination of mechanisms of interpersonal and intergroup perception, organizational and managerial “field-independence”, ability “to develop” an incomplete social and psychology structure of JMA to full-fledged version, multi-vector nature and trans-situational appropriateness of professional social competence. The study reveals the methodological guidance for further researches in this area.
