The article deals with the problem of training foreign specialists for foreign healthcare and the role of the Russian language in mastering the future specialty. It is shown that a necessary condition for the acquisition of a future profession by foreign students in a medical university is inter-departmental integration. The authors studied the necessary conditions for the training of foreign specialists in a medical school, including a system of factors, forms of training, teaching methods and independent work. It has been established that the successful inclusion in the educational process of a higher education institution is hampered by the lack of educational skills and skills that Russian students possess, the inability to work with primary sources, the low level of general education received at school at home, etc. It is noted that the acquisition of a future professional role for foreign students is associated with the solution of linguistic and psychological-pedagogical problems that are not relevant for Russian students. The effectiveness of the process of teaching foreign students in a medical school depends on many factors, including the conscious attitude of foreign students to the choice of profession, the degree of mastering of educational material, the quality of teaching general theoretical disciplines and subjects. The conducted studies confirm that throughout the entire course of study in a medical university, poor knowledge of the Russian language in one way or another makes it difficult to acquire special knowledge, forms a stable stereotype of communicative competence. The authors conclude that the successful development of the medical specialty in a foreign environment requires inter-departmental integration of the Russian language department and specialized departments as a necessary condition for acquiring high-quality knowledge and skills to master the future specialty.
