Self-actualization of young teacher's personality: pedagogical conditions for it's stimulation

Professional self-development of young pedagogue, whose activity will determine educational development for the nearest decades, acquires these days special significance. The analysis of young teacher self-actualization peculiarities is given in the article; the pedagogic conditions, stimulating this process are experimentally proved.
