Self-education in the structure of professional self-development of future professionals

The article analyzes the problem of professional and personal self-development of future specialists. The author considers in details such a factor of self-development as self-education, aimed at improving of professional competence and self-cultivation. The paper presents results of the experimental studies concerned with the professional self-development of students, on the basis of which gnostic and connotative components influencing the success of the process are distinguished. The conclusion deals with the role of the selfeducation in the process of personal and professional self-development of future professionals.
