Self-determination and adaptation of employees to the activities of innovative enterprises

In the modern conditions of intensive transformations of social relations, enterprises pay primary attention to technical, technological and economic support of innovative processes, while the key driving force of innovation remains the employees of enterprises with knowledge, skills and competencies, abilities for self-assessment and self-development, adaptation in a changing context. The article analyzes the dynamics of the development of innovative processesand the corresponding changes in the requirements for the qualifications of enterprise employees, special attention is paid to the problems of adaptation of young people. The directions for improving working conditions, the system of intra-organizational cooperation that contribute to meaning-making in activities, adaptation of employees and the development of human potential of innovative enterprises are formulated.
