Self-ownership (selconsidering): near at the axiom of foundation

Described a meaningful comparison of the theory of sets with self-ownership, selfconsidering, (having consistency) with earlier approaches that use the weakening or denying the axiom of foundation, given that other approaches than the introduction selfconsidering on the basis of the epistemological and ontological knowledge of the laws, did not give proof of the consistency of set theory, considering only some modification of the known set of axioms.
