Self-development of representatives of “helping professions” based on methods of health-saving technologies of socio-cultural activity: organizational and pedagogical conditions

The article reveals the importance of using health-saving technologies in modern professional activity of representatives of “helping professions” in conditions of increasing intensity of labor activity and burnout syndrome of a modern person. The purpose of the article is to justify the development and implementation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of self-development of representatives of “helping professions” on the basis of health-saving technologies of socio-cultural activity. The main methods of research were survey interviewing, testing (emotional burnout test), analysis of foreign and domestic scientific literature. The survey “Free time of medical workers”, a sample survey on emotional “burnout”, interviewing to find out the reasons for low leisure activity were conducted. The authors concluded that it is necessary to introduce organizational and pedagogical conditions that can become the basis for the organization of self-development of personality in the system “work-leisure”.
