Self-realization of young teachers in the context of digital transformation of preschool education

The article examines the issue of self-realization and the implementation of health-oriented pedagogy by young teachers in preschool educational institutions amid the ongoing reformatting of the education system and the active development of digitalization. The discussion focuses on the need to personalize approaches that enable teachers to achieve selfrealization both professionally and personally, as well as to develop a conscious understanding of its importance and theoretical and practical readiness for its full implementation. A study of young teachers' readiness for professional and pedagogical self-development revealed that most of them demonstrate a high level of preparedness across all components. The conditions and opportunities provided by preschool educational institutions meet their personal aspirations and desire for self-realization in the new digital environment. The study highlights the potential of utilizing informal digital spaces in professional activities and developing a personal pedagogical brand.
