Independent fire and physical training as a key element in the formation of a culture of personal safety and professional security of law enforcement officers

The article considers the most pressing problems of organising independent fire and physical training as an integral element of ensuring the development of a culture of personal safety and professional security of law enforcement officers. It is concluded that the importance of independent work for improving the knowledge and skills necessary in official activities. Recommendations are given to improve the effectiveness of the organisation of self-training in order to increase and improve the level of personal safety of law enforcement officers.
