Self administration of an uezd town in Vyatka province, the end of the XIX early XX century

The article covers the development of local self government institutions of an uezd town in Vyatka province under the municipal reforms of 1870 and 1892. The principles of organization, staffing and functioning, as well as bourgeois management approach to municipal services, are analyzed in their regional context, which determined many aspects of uezd towns socio economic development.
