Unauthorized construction - as an object of CTE and tasks solved within the framework of answering questions about the possibility of bringing it to its original state

Within the framework of this article, the features of judicial construction and technical expertise are determined, which are used in the course of expert research in relation to capital construction projects with signs of unauthorized reconstruction. The object of judicial construction and technical expertise of such objects on the possibility of their restoration to their original condition is described. The main tasks to be solved within the framework of answering the questions of the possibility of bringing it to its initial state are determined.
