Sanitary and Toxicological analyses of received feed from the territory of the Kostroma region were showed that plumbum was detected only in compound feed, the concentration of which was 0.14 mg / kg, and cadmium was detected in all feed samples. The cadmium content corresponded to 0.03-0.08 mg / kg of feed. Copper and zinc were also found in all samples, in amounts of 2.21-20.47 mg / kg and 22.95-84.7 mg / kg, respectively. The detected concentrations of toxic metals did not exceed the MPL and were in accordance with veterinary and sanitary requirements for animal feed. In the future, mycotoxicological studies were conducted, which showed that in the received samples from the Kostroma region, fusariotoxins (deoxynivalenol, fumonisin B1, T-2 toxin, zearalenone), asperigillotoxins (aflatoxin B1, the total of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2, ochratoxin A, sterigmatocystin) and patulin were not detected. Mycological analysis revealed fungi of the genus Aspergillus and yeast fungi. The total number of fungi was 1, 2x103-4, 2x104 (CFU / g of feed), which did not exceed the MPC and indicated the absence of mold. Propagules of dangerous isolates Stachybotrys alternans and Dendrodochium toxicum were also not detected. When determining the content of nitrates and nitrites in the feed of the APC “Raslovskoe”, LLC "Agrocomplex Vetluga", PC "Karavaevo Plemzavod", in oats, crushed oats, mixed feeds, this also did not exceed the level of the MPC. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the studied samples from the Kostroma region are in accordance with veterinary and sanitary requirements for animal feed and can be used for feeding animals without restriction.
