Milk is a valuable food product containing proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals. Milk from healthy cows by keeping sanitary and hygienic milking rules, contains 100-115 thousand microorganisms. The level of microorganisms in milk is influenced by a large number of factors; one of the most important is sanitary condition of milking equipment. Because of poor equipment cleaning, microbial contamination of milk increases, its biological properties, grade and revenue from sales decrease, therefore, improving the washing and disinfection quality of equipment is an urgent task of dairy animal husbandry. In recent years, new more effective products have been introduced into the market, providing both washing and disinfection, which significantly reduces the time of sanitary treatment, improves quality, and reduces the risk of milk infection with pathogenic microflora. It serves as the basis for a comprehensive assessment of detergents and disinfectants from various manufacturers. The research objective was the improvement of quality of sanitary cleaning of the dairy equipment, decrease in costs of production of milk. The research tasks were to assess sanitary condition of milking equipment surfaces when using ECOLAB and GEA Westfalia Surge detergents, the milk quality, economic efficiency of its production. Complex assessment of washing-disinfectants - ECOLAB and GEA Westfalia Surge was carried out. l, bacteriological methods, modern devices, the certified laboratory were used. At circulating cleaning of the dairy equipment means of ECOLAB does not provide full purity of internal surfaces. When using means of GEAWestfalia Surge the total of bacteria on internal surfaces of the dairy equipment was minimal, the pathogenic microflora (Staphylococcus aureus, bacteria of group of colibacillus) was not found. The sanitary state caused improvement of quality of milk and the price of realization, as a result of annual economic effect made more than one million rubles.
