Balanced state policy in social and economic spheres as a condition of safety and integrity of the country

The research of the state policy of the transition period shows that efficient economic reforms are impossible without corresponding reforms in the social sphere. It has been proved that only balanced state policy in both social and economic areas may guarantee safety and integrity of the country. The article determines the key criteria of this balance.
