At present, an increasing number of business managers are striving not only to increase financial results, but also for comprehensive integrated development, taking into account the strategic directions of the macro - and micro-environment impact. This development can be monitored and monitored using a balanced scorecard. In this article, based on the study of the functioning of the Russian gas transportation industry and the development strategy of PJSC Gazprom, a balanced system of indicators of the subsidiary of PJSC is proposed.
